When will I receive access after my payment? If you pay by credit card or PIX, you’ll receive an email instantly from Hotmart with your access link. If you pay by bank slip (boleto), it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to be confirmed. Once confirmed, you’ll automatically receive an email with your access details.

How long will I have access to the product? You’ll have lifetime access to your Canva templates just make sure to save the designs in your own Canva account after opening the access link.

How can I access my product? As soon as your payment is approved, you’ll receive an email from Hotmart with the link to your product. You can also log in to your Hotmart account and open the PDF file containing the Canva access link. From there, just click the link and start editing!
